Weekend Food Kits.

The Food Kits are designed for K-12 students. The students receive breakfast and dinner (5 meals), and 6 snacks each weekend. The Food Kits are delivered to the schools, where the school nurse or guidance counselor discreetly puts the kits into the student’s backpack each Friday.

Each Food Kit may contain one or more of the following:

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal, Cereal, Fruit Cups, Pastry Bar

  • Dinner: Macaroni and Cheese, Chef Boyardee, Spaghettio’s, Soup

  • Snacks: Fruit Snacks, Granola Bars, Crackers, Goldfish, Cookies, Pretzels

Proper nutrition increases the likelihood a student is happy, healthy and better prepared to learn at school.
